This program is for the mediation of disputes before a lawsuit is filed (except divorce).
Mediations typically last 2 hours and can be conducted during business hours Monday through Friday.
Common disputes in this program involve:
- Money (informal loans, property damage, consumer - merchant/service etc.)
- Automobile (sale, repossession, towing, repair etc.)
- Landlord - Tenants (repairs, deposits etc.)
