Welcome to the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). Our goal is to assist you in finding a resolution to your dispute through mediation. Mediations are conducted during regular business hours at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 a.m. on Friday. We offer only half day mediations. Please follow instructions carefully and if you have any questions, please call (713) 274-7100 and ask to speak with the Litigation Department.
Please note that the DRC is unable to mediate a case with a value in excess of $100,000 and/or in which more than three parties are named in the suit.
