Welcome to the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). Our goal is to assist you in finding a resolution to your dispute through mediation. Mediations are conducted during regular business hours at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. on Friday. We offer only half day mediations. Please follow instructions carefully and if you have any questions, please call (713) 274-7100 and ask to speak with the Family Department.
Please note that the Dispute Resolution Center can only mediate for parties with no significant financial or real property holdings and a combined gross annual income of $100,000 or less.
